After weeks of incredible entries from kids right across Brisbane, we’re excited to announce Isabel as the winner of KIIS 97.3’s Junior Reporter Competition.
Isabel wowed us with her confidence, clarity, and natural flair for delivering the news, proving she’s got what it takes to step into the spotlight.
As part of her prize, Isabel will join KIIS 97.3 Breakfast News Journalist Alana Riley on August 26th, where she’ll help develop and read the headlines live on air with Robin, Kip and Corey Oates.

But that’s not all — Isabel will then step inside the 7 NEWS studios, where she’ll be treated to professional hair and make-up before reading a section of the 4pm bulletin.
And to top it off, she’ll also be walking away with $1000 cash 💸
