It’s official, Corey Oates is stepping up as South Side coach for Corey’s Little League, and it only took a bit of pressure (and a cheeky highlights reel of his own tries) to lock him in.
In the lead-up to the big game at Davies Park in West End, the crew spills details about the upcoming Broncos activation day, which includes four massive games, a Q Cup match, and, of course, the much-anticipated Little League showdown.
After throwing some light shade at fellow coach Matt Gillett (“he’s supposed to be the next big thing…”), Corey was finally announced as the South Side’s fearless leader.
Finally, after a listener pointed out that they had forgotten the most important detail… the time! They confirmed that Kids’ Little League kicks off at 1:30 PM, followed by the Q Cup match, and then a second-half mini-game during halftime.
