Billboard has released their Top 100 Artists of the 21st Century, with Taylor Swift taking out the top spot. And honestly, are any of us surprised?
The music publication have ranked artists based on their performance on the Billboard 200 albums chart and the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart from the start of 2000 through the end of 2024.
Swift achieved 14 #1 albums in the Billboard 200 and 12 songs in the Billboard Hot 100.
The ‘Fortnight’ singer was followed by Drake, Rihanna, Post Malone, and Eminem top make the top five.
Swift has also pulled off 86 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the most of any solo artist.
This ranking, interestingly, follows Billboard’s ranking of Tay Tay as #2 on their list of the Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century, in which they named Beyonce #1.
